6:30AM - 8:30AM Registration (Blues Point Reserve, North Sydney)
8:00AM Paddling Technique Training by PaddleNSW (not compulsory, highly recommended for beginners)
8:15AM Race Briefing for Team Kayaks (ie Team of 3 / Relay Team 4-12)
8:20AM AROC-provided yellow kayaks ONLY enter the water
9:00AM Teams Challenge Race Start (AROC kayaks)
9:00AM Bring-Your-Own Boat paddlers enter the water
9:15AM Race Briefing for BYO boats
9:25AM Bring-Your-Own Boat Race Start
10:35AM First paddlers expected at Finish (Clontarf Beach)
12:30PM Presentation & Prize giving (Clontarf Reserve)

Below is an estimated timeline for the event for relay teams to organise their arrival at Transition Areas, as well as supporters and spectators for the Finish Event Hub.

Please note that the Teams Challenge starts at 9:00AM followed by Bring-Your-Own Boat paddlers at 9:25AM. All start on the water from Lavender Bay.
