We will be using a new entry system. This means the following applies:
1. Previous AROC logins/accounts/passwords etc will not be valid. To enter Capital Punishment you will be required to provide your personal details as part of the entry. It is very quick and easy to use so shouldn't be a problem.
2. You can enter for yourself and others within the one transaction. You will however need to know that other persons details including: date of birth, email address, street address, mobile phone, emergency contact person and number.
3. Once you have entered you will immediately be sent an eTicket and an Any other person you enter will also be sent an eTicket.
4. There is a link on the eTicket on the top right to 'Your Account'. You can click on this to update your personal details and entry details before the event.
Entry Fees
100km - $130
50km - $85
A late fee of $20 will apply from 13 April 2010.
AROC Sport is covered by its own Public Liability Insurance. This does not cover personal injury or ambulance for competitors. We recommend you get your own personal accident and ambulance insurance.
You do not need to be a member of MTBA or have a day licence to compete in the event.
We understand that circumstances arise where you may no longer be able to participate in the event.
Transfer of Entry
You are able to transfer your full entry to anyone else of any category within the same course (ie 100km or 50km) with no charge up to the entry closing date of 4 May 2010. Any transfers after the entry closing date must be done at the event registration on the Friday evening and will incur a $30 administration fee. Late transfers can only be done on the Friday before the event. Transfers will not be accepted at registration on the morning of the event.
To transfer your entry on the day the person taking the entry must bring with them to registration
1. A printed copy of the eticket;
2. a copy of an email/letter from the original entry holder indicating they are transferring the entry to the new person; and
3. $30 transfer fee
It is up to the people transferring to arrange the transfer of the entry fee. Please also note there is no waiting list. It is up to you to find someone to transfer your entry.
Provided there are spaces available:
a) You may also transfer from the 100km course to the 50km course at any time up to 4 May 2010. There is no refund for the difference in entry fee.
b) You may transfer from the 50km course to the 100km at any time up to 4 May 2010. There will be a $30 administration fee plus the additional $45 difference between the entry fees (ie a total of $75 will be charged to change from the 50km to the 100km course).
No changes between the 50km and 100km courses will be accepted after 4 May 2010.
Refunds
If you can't find anyone to replace you and would prefer a refund of your entry fee we are able to provide:
Full refund less $30 administration fee if you advise us before 13 April 2010.
50% refund if you advise us between 13 April 2010 and 4 May 2010.
No monetary refund if you let us know after 4 May 2010.
If you wish to have your own personalised bike number, any transfers (between people or between the 50km and 100km courses) must be notified by 4 May 2010.
Should the event be cancelled for any reason we will endeavour to reschedule the event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date or if the event cannot be rescheduled for any reason no refunds will be made.

Payment is made online, by credit card, through our secure site. We accept VISA and Mastercard. If you need to pay via an alternative manner contact us. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
When making a payment for an AROC Sport event, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
