There will be wave starts for each of the 50km and 100km events. The wave starts will be based on your estimate of your placing in the field and will be self seeded. Please be realistic about your expected percentage finish.

The start times below are for the first wave. Details of the wave start times will be in the Competitor Brief.

There is a verbal race briefing for every start wave. It is compulsory for all riders to attend their respective briefing.

Registration for Nasty Nurse Prologue	1:30pm - 3:15pm
Nasty Nurse Prologue 11km - Start Times	2:00pm - 3:45pm
Registration for 100km & 50km	1:30pm - 5:30pm

Sunday 5 September 2010
Late Registrations for Angry Doctor 100km	5:45am - 6:15am
Race Briefing for first wave 100km	6:55am
Angry Doctor 100km - Start Waves	7:00am - 7:36am
Late Registrations for Irate Intern 50km	8:00am - 8:45am
Race Briefing for first wave 50km	9:20am
Irate Intern 50km - Start Waves	9:24am - 9:48am
Presentation	3:00pm

Please make an effort to register on Saturday and do not leave it until the last moment on Sunday morning as the timing will be very tight. Note that any transfers or changes must be done at registration on Saturday. No changes will be permitted at late registration on Sunday.
