coastal scenery.

never be without on an adventure race? Hammer
Gels.

other teams, and when will it come into play during the
race? Good NAvigation, and strong
runners.
What has been your preparation in the
lead up to the race? Bogong to Hotham (Richard),
national Orienteering comp as coach (Rob), Beach road
coffee rides (Jarad).

greatest threat to your finishing standing, and why?
Ourselves - you can only influence one team and that
is your own.

magazine, what would the caption read? Jarad Kohler
comatose from too many Hammer Gels.
What is your
team's theme song? Hammer time by MC
Hammer.
What advice do you have for any aspiring
adventure racers? Go orienteering, and go surfski
training with Jarad (on a Fenn).
What words of
wisdom do you have for your fellow entrants? Look
after your teammates.
