Please note that we are using a new system which does not use the old AROC login. When you sign up you will need to have all the details for the team captain. You can add your other team mates at the same time or come back later. You will also be able to go back to your entry, update information and swap around your team mates all online.
When you enter any of the Paddy Pallin Adventure Races you will need to select the Novice/Short Course or the Classic Course. The entry fee is the same whether you are participating in the Novice Course, the Classic Course or get upgraded to the Advanced Course.
Note that you do not have to do the Novice Course if you are a novice. If it is your first time but you want to jump in the deep end, you are more than welcome to go straight to the Classic Course.
Entries for each event are limited.
Entry Fee
Early Bird entries close 14 days prior to each event. After this time a late fee of $10 per person ($30 per team) applies. Entries close the Monday prior to each event.
Canberra Events: $85/person or $255/team
Sydney/NSW Events: $95/person or $285/team

AROC Sport is covered by its own Public Liability Insurance. This does not cover personal injury or ambulance for competitors. We recommend you get your own personal accident and ambulance insurance.
AROC Sport also carries volunteers insurance to cover any person volunteering at an AROC Sport event.
We understand that circumstances arise where you may no longer be able to participate in the event. You are able to change team members online at any time up to 4 days before the Event Day. Changes after this time can only be done at registration on the Event Day.
If you can't find anyone to replace you and would prefer a refund of your entry fee we are able to provide:
Full refund less 20% administration fee if you advise us by email any time before the late entry fee for the event starts.
50% refund if you let us know during the time between the late entry date and the day entries close.
No monetary refund once entries for the event have closed.
Should the event be cancelled for any reason we will endeavour to reschedule the event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date or if the event cannot be rescheduled for any reason no refunds will be made.
