Entries for this event are online through our secure system. Entries for all three events open 1 February 2008.

Entries can only be made online. If you wish to enter the event via an alternative manner please contact us.
AROC Sport is covered by its own Public Liability Insurance. This does not cover personal injury or ambulance for competitors. We recommend you get your own personal accident and ambulance insurance.
We understand that circumstances arise where you may no longer be able to participate in the event. You can change your team members online at any time up until the entry close date for the event. Changes after this time may be done on the day of the event at registration.
If you can no longer field a team and would prefer a refund of your entry fee we are able to provide:
Full refund less 10% administration fee if you advise us by email any time before 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event.
50% refund if you let us know within 7 to 14 days of the event.
No monetary refund if you let us know less than 7 days prior to the event.

Payment is made online, by credit card, through our secure site. We accept VISA and Mastercard. If you need to pay via an alternative manner contact us.
