It is about a 25 minute drive from the bike drop to the headquarters at Glebe Park.

At the bike drop you may leave your bikes, bike helmet, bike shoes, gloves, water biddens and a small amount of food. Do not leave any other gear. You will need to take whatever you leave at the bike drop with you when you pick up your bike. You will get to your bike between 1 to 2 hours after the start.

Glebe Park Headquarters

Registration, race briefing, finish, post race BBQ and presenation will be at the Glebe Park Headquarters.<<view map>> You will also pass through this area a number of times during the event. You will be taken in busses to the start. We expect the first teams to arrive at the headquarters for the first time approx 6-7 hours after the start. You will have opportunity to buy food at shops / MacDonalds etc prior to this time. We recommend you bring extra money in case you need to buy food along the way.

Each team is permitted to have 2 x 55 litre pastic boxes at the headquarters. These will be stored in the TA marquee. YOu can store in these boxes any items you need during the event such as clothes, food, extra batteries etc. Label your boxes clearly with your team name and number.

All the gear will be stacked up on one side of the marquee. When you get to the headquarters TA you will get your own boxes from the pile. You must put all your gear away and re-stack it before you leave. You will be able to use the other part of the marquee. You may not set up tents prior to the event however you may keep a tent in your boxes and set that up while you are in transition. You must pack it away beofore you leave the transition for the next leg.
