Canberra is the perfect setting for the Rat Race with lots of great tourist attractions and lots of bush and parkland surrounding the city areas. There are some great coffee shops - if you are going to stop for a cappuccino then it should be a good one - and we have heard that there are more restaurants per capita in Canberra then anywhere else in the world!! But there is also lots of bush close by so expect the best of everything.
Glebe Park, Reid, Canberra City. Parking is not permitted within Glebe Park. There is parking on the side streets and at the Olympic Swimming Pool. There are walking access gates to Glebe Park on Akuna St, Binara St and Correnderrk St.
Registration on Friday night will be at the Event HQ at Glebe Park. You need to bring your bikes to the Event HQ.
