Team KRH take out the final Paddy Pallin Adventure Race for the season

In a longer then normal event, but fitting for the final event of the Paddy Pallin Adventure Race Series, Team KRH - David Simfendorfpher, Richard Mountstephens and Hugh Stodart, were the winners in a time of 2 hours and 52 minutes. myWorkspace.com (Chad Armstrong, Ryan Armstrong and Dean Degan) took out second in 3 hours and 11 minutes while Blackheart Ultrafit took out 3rd overall and 1st in the mixed category (Mark MacDonald, Heather Logie and Julian Wicks). Teen Millie (Toby Cogley and Ian Stewart), an old name from the earlier days of adventure racing came back for a play bringing young new recruit Josh Bell and finishing 3rd male team. First in the females was 0055 slap me (Rachel Merton, Kym Austin, Susan Login).

It was a fantastic day with over 700 participants, not too much rain and a good bit of swell to make the coasteering somewhat interesting!!
